A DIFFERENT BEGINNING
EYEGUAR began in Zurich with a search for an alternative to the familiar. The house was founded in response to the repetition of conventional eyewear—a desire to explore forms with greater character, precision and individuality. What began with independent drawings gradually developed into a growing archive of original frames.
Research, drawing and visualisation remain at the centre of the work. Each design is studied through silhouette, proportion and structure before being translated into three dimensions. Ideas are redrawn, questioned and refined until every element belongs to the same composition. Difference is not applied as decoration. It begins with the construction of the object itself.

Every EYEGUAR creation is developed with the discipline of special production. Material, finish, balance and fit are considered in relation to the individual form. Nothing is treated as secondary, and no detail is introduced without purpose. The intention is not to produce more, but to resolve each frame with clarity.
Zurich remains the point of origin, but the work has never belonged to one place. Encounters with artists, photographers, architects and independent creatives continue to shape the evolution of the house. From Milan to cities beyond, every collaboration expands the archive while preserving the clarity of EYEGUAR's visual language.

EYEGUAR continues to develop its archive through selected creations, private commissions and artistic collaborations. The house remains independent and focused on the continued refinement of its own visual language.
