What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 600 units per design.

Each model is crafted with precision and intent, ensuring exclusivity and quality at scale. 

Custom mixes of colors or sizes may be discussed depending on order size.

What is your payment policy?

  • 30% upfront upon order confirmation

  • 70% upon completion, before shipment

 

Payments can be made via wire transfer or secure online checkout. Stripe and bank transfer options are available.

Can I order a sample before placing a full order?

Yes — once the initial order is confirmed and your 30% deposit is secured.

To ensure design integrity and avoid unauthorized reproductions, we only produce samples for verified buyers within the official production process. 

Each sample is included as part of your final order and serves as a quality checkpoint before mass production begins.
 

How much does a sample cost?

Sample units are included in your 30% upfront payment.

We don’t create standalone samples outside of an order, as each design requires custom tooling and setup. 

This ensures your sample is part of the exact manufacturing batch you’ll receive — not a mockup, but the real deal.
 

Can I review the sample before mass production begins?

Absolutely.

Once your sample is complete, it is first shipped to our Zurich HQ for personal quality inspection by our founder. 

Only after internal approval is the rest of your order greenlit for production and delivery. 

This step ensures you receive nothing less than perfection.

How long does production and delivery take?

Approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Here’s a breakdown of the journey from vision to reality:

  • Week 1–2 – Technical Blueprint Creation:

 

After your deposit is secured, we begin the custom CAD drawing and tech spec process. Every millimeter is refined to ensure the design translates flawlessly from concept to physical form.

  • Week 3–6 – Sample Production + Inspection:

 

A fully functional sample is crafted and first sent to our Zurich HQ for personal quality inspection by our Founder & Creative Director. Upon approval, it is forwarded to your address for final review.

  • Week 7–8+ – Full Production + Quality Control:

 

Once your sample is approved, your full order enters production. Each frame undergoes rigorous QC checks before final shipment.

For intricate or multi-layered models, an additional 1–2 weeks may be required.

 

This ensures that what you receive isn’t rushed — it’s perfect.

Is there a warranty on the eyewear I purchase?

Yes. 

All orders come with a 1-year standard warranty covering any manufacturing defects or production flaws.

Should any issues arise, we will replace or repair the frames free of charge — your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Why don’t you carry in-stock inventory?

Because we create future icons—not mass-market models.

Our designs are too advanced and exclusive for generic pre-manufacturing.

 

We only produce upon confirmed order to protect design integrity, ensure brand alignment, and avoid overexposure.
 

What are your licensing terms?

We offer limited-term, non-exclusive and exclusive licensing agreements for selected designs.

Licensing clients may:

  • Use our design under their own brand name

  • Receive manufacturing support or produce independently

  • Discuss territory exclusivity upon request

 

Terms vary based on duration, region, and production method. Submit a licensing inquiry for more details.

Can I mix different designs within one order?

Yes — but MOQ applies per design.

For example: Ordering 600 units of Design A and 600 units of Design B is acceptable.

 

Smaller test runs for additional models can be discussed based on order volume.
 

Do you offer private label services?

Yes, upon request.

We can offer co-branded or private label eyewear collections using select EYEGUAR designs.

Can I request modifications to a design?

Design alterations may be available for large orders or licensing clients.

Changes in colorways, lens types, or temple detailing can be explored in collaboration with our design team.

 

Some adjustments may affect pricing and timeline.

Where are your frames produced?

Our manufacturing partners are located in Asia and are experts in luxury eyewear production.

Each unit is carefully crafted using state-of-the-art techniques and undergoes rigorous quality control.
 

How can I view the full catalogue?

Fill out our Catalogue Access Form with your company details and accept our Design Use Terms.

Once approved, you’ll receive access to the full collection—including renders, price tiers, and sample ordering information.

Can I book a call with your team?

Yes.

Our team will reach out after you've expressed interest through our outreach or access form. 

We only host calls with verified leads who have previewed the catalogue or requested licensing information.
