Timeline

2022

October: Founder sketches 30+ designs in a single day. 

November: Head of Visual Design joins, transforming early sketches into 3D renders.

2023

July: Partnership established with a high-end eyewear manufacturer in Shanghai. 

August: Blueprint of the ‘Shinigami’ shades finalized by the design team. 

October: First ‘Shinigami’ prototype arrives in Zurich. 

November: Production of 600+ ‘Shinigami’ shades begins. 

December: ‘VS’ brand logo finalized.

2024

January: Partnership with Sulser Logistics in Switzerland established. 

March: Brand identity strengthened with first professional photoshoot in Switzerland. 

May: Transitioned to Shanghai fulfillment center to enhance quality and global reach. 

July: Online shop and affiliate system launched. 

August: Blueprint for second design ‘Elvira’ completed. 

December: A/B marketing campaign launched to optimize customer acquisition. 

2025

January: Rebranded to EYEGUAR shifting from retail to wholesale and licensing. 

February: Invited to MIDO 2025 in Milan, Italy. 
June: 100+ concept design portfolio completed. 

July: New EYEGUAR website completed. 

September: 50+ validated designs, enabling 5000+ SKUs. 

November: Goldman Sachs M&A link secured.
